Yes, having a high-minutes player like Brand come back will eat into the minutes of the worst players, but since Korver left, there's been a decided lack of outside shooting and consistency at that spot. I had hopes for Kareem at that spot before the season began, but obviously that was asking way too much. The season's not over left, and anything could happen, but there are some options in the offseason. Korver and Jamal Crawford both have termination options; Ray Felton, Rashad McCants, Linas Kleiza, Francisco Garcia, and Ramon Sessions are all restricted and could be lured away; and Trevor Ariza, and Anthony Parker are both unrestricted. That is hardly the case. Take a look around the League and you'll see a good number of solid contribuing players that the Sixers once had in their uniform or in their camp and then cut because they felt he could not play.
