NOTES, LINKS & TWEETS

On the Lottery Watch front — the Knicks and Pacers won last night, while the Pistons and Wiz lost.   The Sixers remain tied with Sacto for the 6th worst record in the League.

Over at ESPN.com, Jrue Holiday has moved into the Top 15 on David Thorpe’s “Rookie Watch”.  Apparently one NBA scout told Thorpe, ” (Tyreke) Evans is going to be the best guard in this draft, but Holiday is going to be the best point guard.”

In Foxsports.com’s latest NBA power rankings the Sixers have dropped to 24th.  John Kallinsky’s quote, “When you lose twice to the Knicks in one week, the season can’t end fast enough.”  That sounds about right to us.

The Inqy’s Kate Fagan Tweets that Thad and Louis did not make the trip to Milwaukee, but AI9 will continue to play on a bad wheel (plantar fasciitis).

CSNPhilly.com’s Dei Lynam looks at the keys to defeating the Buck tonight.

Jay Wright says he does NOTwant to be the next coach of the Sixers or any other team not named Villanova.

The latest 2010 Mock Draft over at draftexpress.com has the Sixers picking 7th and taking UNC’s Ed Davis.

On the other hand, nbadraft.net has the Sixers in the six hole and drafting Donatas Motiejunas, a 7-0 tall, 225-pound power forward from Lithuania who is 20 years old.

If the sixers would draft any of those players i seriously would never watch another sixers game again, ed davis is a scronny pice of shit that averages 13 points and 10 boards a game while Motiejunas is a foreigner and the last foreigner that was actually worth picking in the lottery was dirk and maybe that bum from toronto
